13x19 on R2000 ejects paper

13x19 on R2000 ejects paper

2016-05-29 by pianoquartet@...

I'm printing on 13x19, using Selenium K7 inkset on an R2000. My first print worked just fine, but a smaller print on the paper. I selected it to print .5" from the top, and it used less than half the sheet.

Next I tried to print a full size print on the 13x19 and the printer ejects the paper. I'm selecting QuadR2000-K7, 13x19, sheet feed, matte paper, c centered and to fit. I'm using the K7-2880-Epson EnMatte, and printing on Epson Enhanced Matte paper. I'm using a resolution of 2880 dpi, unidirectional.

Has anyone experience this and have a solution?

Once again, I seem to have found the solution. I reduced the size of the print just a little. Instead of using "to fit", I unchecked the box and reduced the size until the border was about .5".
