Wireless?

Forgive me guys. Brand new here. When setting up Quadtone you need to plug in USB. Is that just for set up or can I go wireless? It s an Epson1430.

Hi

I don't remember setting QTR using an USB connexion but in setting the wireless printer from Epson, I needed the direct USB connexion.

I'm printing via wi-fi on my 1430 using QTR (BTW on Mac).

Good luck

As I understood the instructions from setting up my 1430, plugging in the USB makes the wireless set-up easier. After it's set up, you can disconnect the USB, and the wireless then works fine.

With my Epson 1500w which is the UK version of the 1430, I have never connected it with a USB cable, wireless setup and QTR over wireless have been fine with several desktop PC and laptops. .
