Error when printing to P9000 with latest QTR

2018-02-16 by dtrout@...

Hi Roy,

Seems like the latest QTR release for Windows (2.7.8) is somehow missing the CUPS Model drivers (as referenced in the PPD file) for the Epson PXXXX printers. When I try to print to my P9000 using the new QuadP9000 model, I get the following in a QTRGui popup window:

QuadToPrinter

ERROR: Fatal Error: Unable to find driver named "escp2-P9000"

I can make it work by changing the PPD file to have "escp2-9900" for the Model Name setting, but I don't think you had that in mind as the solution. Do we need an updated version of QuadToPrinter to resolve this?

Thanks,

Dave

Thanks. Looks like a file didn't get re-compiled. The 9900 driver is identical so
the workaround is fine.
