Cannot get the inkseparation8.tif to print properly on a P600

Hi. I am trying to print the inkseparation8.tif in calibration mode using the Print Tool on a mac. When it prints I only get steps for LK and LLK. I don't get anything else. None of the other inks print.I have tried this several times.
The printer is new and if I print a test image from photoshop the printer prints just fine.
Any ideas. this is just very weird.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
