QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hi, I purchased a serial number so I can continue using Print Tool, but so far no serial number has been emailed to me. Is this a common thing?

Yes, I've tried emailing them, no answer after 4 days.

Where did you purchase the serial number and whom did you email? Was it from this link ?:  http://www.quadtonerip.com/html/QTRprinttool.html

 

I ask because there are illegitimate site around which sell serial numbers that are cracks or otherwise illegitimate. If it was from the above link, there should be no issue if your email reached them.
