Profiles for Ultracrome,Ultratone, K3,K4 inks

Do I need a spectrophotometer to profile the "Ultracrome" inks. I know I can profile the black and gray inks to get a "warm" profile with a densitometer but to get a cold or Sepia profile don't I need a spectro? If not, how do I go about doing these profiles? John H
