2200 printer problem with 2.3

I just installed 2.3 on Tiger for 2200. The printer works fine with regular PS , but when I try QTR the paper starts to load and then stops and the red paper light goes on. I have done this over and over to see if it is a paper loading problem. Seems not, since it works using regular 2200 print dialogue. Any suggestions? Thanks Antara
