setting 4800 with different gray inks (K7-OEM K3)

I have re-read the discussion on this group regarding K7 and my understanding is that so many dilutions might be too many. Is that correctly understood ? Now given K7 are made for mat papers, I am considering a setting of 4/5 dilutions of K7 for mat and possibly K3 for glossy papers. I have not yet got to know the neutrality of K3 used alone, but would be hoping this would provide sufficent neutrality. Does this seeting make sense ? What would you recommend as QTR setting specially for overlap : I understand what overlap does, but I don't know if it's better to have a large overlap (so that several inks and heads are used) or a small one ? Last what best K7 partitions in case of only 5 being used would be best suitable ? Olivier
