QTR-Quadtone RIP

I have made numerous profiles for my 4000 without a hitch.  Over the 
past couple of months, when using the Measure Template/Create Text 
file from the CurveEval excel program, I now get two files.  One is 
the "profile.txt" and the second is "profile-out.txt".  What is 
the "out" file???  When I drag the "profile.txt" file onto the Eye-One 
Create ICC icon it makes a profile.  But when I click to install it, 
Windows says it is not a valid profile.  It is in the profile.icc 
format like the rest of them.  I have to then copy the file to the 
Windows/System32/Color folder so that it shows up in PS.  Any ideas 
what is going on?
