QTR-Quadtone RIP

There's a downloadable zip with some simple files and readme's 
on my site so SpectroCam users can read the normal and random 
graystep targets of QTR with the SpectroCam and export the 
data to the QTR profiling and linearising applications. It 
could be useful to owners of other spectro- or densitometers 
too but I didn't check the compatability.
