QTR-Quadtone RIP

I've just dounloaded a few days ago the last version of QTR, but after 
the installation seconds, and everythings seem in order, as I run 
Qtrguy as appears the page as normal, it forms a folder on my desktop 
called "processed", with many different files in from my desk. And at 
the same time comes up an error from Qtr that says "that file is not 
a .tff". No other options but Ctrl-alt-del!
I've disinstalled regularly the program, and after restart everything 
have dounloaded again. Nothing! The same. And if I force to let any 
option run normal, the calibration test page to print when checked the 
print button it loose my adjust. position of the page, ... and again 
it stops. Another Ctrl.-alt-del, but now I'm worried.
