New installation problems

I installed QTR yesterday and today went to print straight from PS CS and my old profiles no longer work. I did some QTR prints with very poor results so I want to leave that for another day when I have time to deal with it properyly. Suggestions? XP Home PSCS Epson 4000 Moab Entrada Thanks, Tim
