QTR-Quadtone RIP

After removing a prior version with QTR Cleanout, I installed version
2.5.1.9.....when I attempt to print, I get the error message "Could
not start ImageToRaster".  I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling,
rebooting, reverting to 2.5.1.8.  No luck.

I'm stumped.  Any ideas?

Did you install both QTR and QTRgui? The QTRguiSetup does not include the
QuadtoneRIP files.
