Curves Settings

2007-09-21 by nsams2002

This is my first day working with both an Epson 2400 printer, black and
white, and Quadtone. I'm able to print a decent photo thru Quadtone,
but its "Curves Settings" do not include the particular papers I have
at hand, namely Epson Double-Sided Matte, nor Legion Photo Matte (which
is evidently no longer made), nor Moab Kayenta Photo Matte. Is there
any way to find profiles for these, and to install them so that they
will be made available in the "Curves Settings" list? Or should I
stick to the papers which are listed in that list? Many thanks from a
newbie.

I think you'll find that using a curve for a similar paper works just
fine. Try a
couple of them to see if you see any difference.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
