QTR-Quadtone RIP

Has anyone seen this? The drops are tear drop shaped, due to the
movement of the paper, probably 1/16th inch in size. I was printing in
ABW on Moab Colorado Fiber Gloss. These do not show up in a nozzle
check. They only show up to ruin an actual print. They appear to be
random spots sitting on top of the surface and come out wet. Could the
MK cartridge which is not being used be leaking? Thanks for any help.

I've had the same issue in color with cyan drops. Same size and shape. No solution yet. This 
seems to be very random. For me there is no way to duplicate it.
