QTR-Quadtone RIP

I'm a newbie to QTR but not to printing. I just installed QTR on Mac OS X 10.4.11 on a 24" 
iMac with 4GB RAM. I _think_ I followed the printing directions for making a print on Epson 
Enhanced Matte paper, but the result is a gaudy red print!

Pointers?

Actually... I think that with a bit more experimenting I may have answered my own 
question..

Now another... :-)

Profiles available for the 2200 and the following papers: Museo Silver Rag and/or Museo 
Portfolio Rag.

Dan,

It sounds like you are using the wrong profiles for the inks that you have
installed.
I imagine you have the standard Epson inks -- UltraChrome.  If so you need
to use Profiles/2100-2200-UC/Install2200 which will give you a printer
called Quad2200
and profiles called UC....
Delete the printer with "K7"  "UT" or "UT7"  those are for different ink
sets.
