QTR-Quadtone RIP

I had a hard disk crash and needed to install winxp again. I lost my 
profile I used to do proofing on epson photo glossy paper. I downloaded 
the latest qtr, rebuilt the profile, and now my printer prints only half 
of the image, then it ejects the paper and prints gibberdish few lines, 
grabs a another paper etc. This seems to be a constant error (haven't 
tried many times, since new inks and papers are on their way) 
Communication error or what? I remeber having set the print queue 
earlier as "start when last page on queue". Now it's set to start 
printing immediately. Since I have a minimal windows setup, qtr prints 
without pauses, whereas the old system printing was painfully slow, if 
queue set to start printing immediately. Windows driver prints without 
problems.
