Cannot Print to 13X19, Epson 2400

Hi, I am unable to use QTR 4.0 to print to Super B sized papers on my 2400. The job processes through PS CS, then stops completely at 12% in QTR's gui. Happens every time. I have successfully printed the exact file to Epson 2400 Advanced B&W. Has anyone had issues with printing to 13X19 sized paper with this setup? Mac OS X 10.4.11 PS CS Epson 2400 QTR 4.0 Thanks so much for any advice. Brian
