QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hi,

Not sure where this question belongs, I hope you guys can direct me.

Is there a way to use QuadtoneRIP to control Epson 7800 and 7880
printers in CMYK mode?

In other words, if somehow I can get a raster image with CMYK values,
can I tell the QuadtoneRIP to tell the printer to print it?

Furthermore, I may change the values of the individual colors, does
QuadtoneRIP allow me to specify which ink tanks to output a certain
percentage (from 100% being solid) to the paper?

Sorry if my question is a bit broad, but I hope for some clarification
if I misunderstood what the software is capable of.
