QTR does not support the C120 printer. Also its a 4-ink printer with 2 K slots.
Why do you have 5 different inks?

C120 does have 5 slots. What I found in the inksupply.com web site does suggest using different inks for B&W printing.I just copied the inks from Paul Roark's website on B&W printing. On his suggestion I am using the QTR.Thanks for your prompt reply.I am glad to hear from you.

Jay,

>...On his suggestion I am using the QTR.

This is the e-mail I sent you on July 21:

"http://www.paulroark.com/BW-Info/C86-EZ-UT-Readme.htm is the main page for
the EZ inks. http://www.paulroark.com/BW-Info/C88-C13-5.pdf may also have
something.

"In general, I don't know how the 120 deals with its 2 black inks. The
first thing I'd do there is figure out which one(s) are used in the
different modes. If both are used all the time, then you don't want PK and
MK both in the mix. Are the OEM carts for both spots the same?

"You might want to put in a cart of some color or clear cleaning fluid in
one of the black spots and use the difference between the two to try to
figure out what the driver is doing.

"Have you checked to see if QTR can drive the system?"

So, it looks like you'll be using the Epson driver. I'm still guessing that
the websites above are the closest to what you're dealing with. I believe
the 120 is close to the C86 - C88, but with a second black head for very
fast text printing.
