ink descripter file

2009-02-10 by jconison77

Hello,
I'm running mac 10.5.6 & QTR 2.6 & K-7 ink set

My question is this. Looking through Curve View I noticed 3 of my inks were not included in
the curve, so I am making another curve. In the ink des. file I partitioned the ink & its'
percentages. I dropped it into the 'Drop Quad' profile but received a message that said at the
end 'line 17:quadprofile:command not found'. If someone can explain what happened I would
appreciate it.
It's been a while since I created a profile & understand the procedure following this to be-
-print the QTR-21x4-random file with this profile just created
- read it with Eye 1 and drag text edit file to QTR-Linearize_data
-take data from the bottom (lines of numbers) and paste them into the bottom of the ink
desc. file
-drop the ink des. file into 'Drop-Quad_profile again to have the finished curve-put in folder
& use install profile script
Thanks
Joel

I experienced the same problem last week, I downloaded the latest
version of QTR and reinstalled. It worked like a charm.
Hope this helps
