Several of the posts in today's digest note that they are on Mac and are meeting with less than their expected success with QTR... Probably because the info is scattered about.

I also use Mac and tried QTR about a month ago. I also downloaded the help file for the windows GUI 'sware. By using Chmox, a windows help file reader I gleaned info about the expected process. Perhaps that would help some of you on this forum...

See the sections titled:
-- creating curves
-- characterizing inks

I have since taken a different route toward B&W paradise but trust that the very many people using QTR means that the result will reward the diligent.

Richard, what is the different route you've taken? Is it to buy ImagePrint?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
