MIgrating QTR to a new printer

Ok, I guess I'll get the ball rolling with a QTR specific question. I've been usin QTR since it was released for Windows with my 2200. I'll be taking delivery on an Epson 4000 in about a week and the newest release of QTR is printer specific. Has anybody else changed printers? Is it as simple as just re-running the installation program, or do I need to un-install / re-install? I'll be gratefull for any advice.
