Epson 4800 UCpk profiles for Premium Luster

It appears that there are no "canned" UCpk profiles for the Epson 4800 on the latest version. Specifically I am using Epson Premium Luster and am wanting to obtain a neutral tone print. Does anyone out there have one to share or be able to provide me with a method for easily creating one? Thank you.
