QTR not laying down ink.

Hello all, Admittedly, it has been a long time since I used the QTR to print BW, and I am experiencing a problem. The QTR is not laying down any ink. My carts are filled, the R1800 prints in color, it behaves as if it is printing bw, paper moves, print head moves, paper comes out...no image. I have run several pieces of paper thru and nothing. If anyone can help, I will appreciate it...if anymore information is needed, I will be happy to give it. thanks Frank
