QTR-Quadtone RIP

Does anybody know if the CS4/10.5 color management problem has been fixed -- or are we still supposed to be printing with CS3?

Let me please try to re-phrase this question -- for users of Snow Leopard and QTR 2.6.2:  

Are you still printing through Photoshop CS3 instead of CS4, as Roy said to do in the QTR 2.6.2 Release notes http://www.quadtonerip.com/html/ReleaseNotes2.6.2.txt ?

Or has it come out that the color management problems with 10.5 have been fixed in Snow Leopard and now it's OK to print with CS4?
