R2880 Page Setup Problem under Snow Leopard and CS3

2010-03-18 by Gigiolo

Ciao,

I've got a page setup problem under Snow Leopard and CS3 with an Epson R2880. I have installed the latest QTR version with Snow Leopard Patch.

I have loaded a single A4 sheet of Hahnemuhle Photo Rag from the rear feeder, and try to print with the appropriate curve. The print starts 1,2 inch off the paper. So the image is cut.

From the driver I have selected the QTR page setup panel and then the required page size (A4). I tried also to create a custom page size without success.

I see this is a recurring problem.

Any suggestions for a fix?

Thank you,
Alessandro

This a recurring problem for the R2880. There is a workaround, see message no. 8382, 1/25/10.
