CS3 10.5.8 v CS5 10.6.3

I have noticed some major differences between CS3 printing on 10.5.8 and CS5 printing on 10.6.3 with the same custom grayscale profile built from a target printed from CS3 10.5.8. Everything is being run on QTR 2.7.0.0 The data below is "validation" data. ie: It is the same target file used to create the ICC profile printed again with the correct ICC applied but in both different environments. I am using PerceptualBPC-Off but RelColBPC-On is exactly the same. I've included the L data from the patch readings in an xls doc on this email.
