New here -- Epson1400-K6 and new MacBook Pro --get printer error

Would someone point me to the appropriate help post pls. I am a convert to a MacBook Pro (happily) since my windoze machine died. I have installed QTP and installed the profiles for 1400-K6. When I try tp print from Photoshop I get: library/printers/qtr/filter/quadtoneprint failed Thanks, Bill Parsons
