QTR-Quadtone RIP

I have tried every possible to turn off color management on both CS2 and CS5 using Quad4880 to print the QTR calibration images but does not see this option come up. Any advise/suggestions. Thank you.

The basic way to get No Color Management is to pick Photoshop Manages Color
and then pick a Print Profile identical to the source file being used.
If the source file is untagged PS will use the selections you picked
in Color Settings.
Be sure that you pick RGB workspace for RGB files and Gray workspace
for Gray files.
