You right DUDE
I have one question
Did you realize some good strings with your modules ?
I ve got 184 so I can easily patch et play some fat chords but I never obtain some good strings waves ? For bizarre monophonic sound, I create amazing feelin sounds but for playing tune and chord I feel little dissapointed by my system (or by my ability to control it) !!!!! Tell me

RE: [RolandSystem100m]expect

Hej Ollie...
Please forgive my scarceness on this site, but i have
been very busy playing shows and working....You should
try to put a multimode oberheim sem filter in there.
Band pass, High pass, notch: features in this system
I truly miss, Or an old moog style ladder like in
early 2600s or the first system 100. I still always
use the early system 100 or 2600 for bass sounds.
Also, what about the idea of a voltage controlled
resonance input on the vcf....you could use the
voltage mixer to control the levels...The serge
modulars as well as Arp 2500 have this feature.
Maybe you could cannibalise a roland dimension D and
have a great chorus component in say the audio mixer
module.

let me know what you think
sean

there will be a sem filter mod, this filter is a very simple
design and the values for the freq and res pots match the ones of the
100m m-121, however cv control of res is not that simple....
