ALSO, this may be related, i would like to be able to control any one of my synths from another but have not found a practical, easy-to-use midi routing box that will allow me to do this. i am currently trying to make a Digital Music Technologies MX28 work and while it has the physical/switch interface (rather than programmable/digital) that i am looking for, its merging/etc aspects are cryptic to me. is there something (Encore Expressionist?? Philip Rees??) that would allow me accomplish both of my tasks (syncing and midi routing)? much appreciate your responses, mark scetta
