I wouldn't agree with that. Maybe it isn't readily useful for the sound
you want to create, but the JP-6 is quite the versatile synth. Though, if
you say that about the JP-6, you should also say that about all of the
other synths that use the same CEM hardware. ;-)

That can be remedied by turning the volume down. ;-)

I'm surprised you think the JP-8 sounds terrible! I rather like it and it
definitely has its uses, though I don't own one nor plan to. I just didn't
groove with it like others have but I certainly can see its attraction.
