All about the Roland Jupiter-series

Hell everyone,My Jp-6 has a weird thing, it appears that only VC0 1 
responds to the bender and not both at the same time.
Do I not know how the JP-6 is supposed to work, or is this a real 
problem?
If it is a real prolem, does anyone have any insight?
