Mine did that once after I moved it - slightly different symptom, as it
seemed to be freezing in the autotune routine - the Tune light was stuck
on, and other LEDs froze as you say.  The fix: I opened it up,
disconnected some of the connectors between the circuit boards and
immediately reconnected them, and after that everything worked fine
again; so I guess the connectors became dirty, the move must have caused
them to shift slightly and lose electrical contact, but removing &
reconnecting them restored it...for the time being ;-)
