hi,
tax depends on where you live, customs also. from my experience: you have to
pay vat and a certain amount of customs. in countries like germany this adds
to a substantial amount of money! transportation back then was fixed by sts,
no chance for me to determine which carrier should be used. they were using
dhl overnight transport.
