Here's another modification that i like alot better than the previous ones.
Clk#2 drives the 4 stage programmer @ 10:00.
Row A knobs now set to 5 9 5 and 2: 00
As before, "A" is patched to VC in on right side of Clk#1 @ 1:00> switch set to "both" and Freq @ 10:00 Output patched to "VC in" of left side @ 7:00 > switch set to "both" and Freq @ 12:00 For extra nonsense, patch a Quadrature Osc or other LFO set @ 8:00 > gain @ 2:00 into the same "VC in" on left side of Clk. Yea!!
ASR with attenuation @3:00
Stack patch "gate" from right side of Clk 1 into PDIV then at division 5, out to TKB clock "in". Unpatch rows A and C and patch row D to VCF "in" of VCFQX @10:00, Freq @ 1:00 and Resonance @ about halfway between 9 and 10: 00 Row D is set: 1 9 13 15 @ 5:00 / 2 & 3 @ 12:00 / 4 6 7 11 12 14 16 @ 7: 00 and 5 8 10 @ 3:00
I also have a Cynthia ADSR that is driven by the gate on right side of Clk 1. Left side of ADSR is linked to the right side. Left side is patched to VC 1 and 2 of the UAP while the right side is patched to 1v/Oct of VCFQX . Attack is moderate and release is quick. I've only had this module a couple days so i don't know what the hell i'm doing with it, but it's kinda cool. As an alternate, you could use a LFO set fairly slow to drive the 1v/Oct of the filter and use any ADSR for the gain inputs on the UAP.
So, what is the result of all this? well, it's melodic, but it reminds me of chipmunks on acid. Or maybe, me on acid listening to chipmunks . Either way, i like it
I dont know how useful anyone finds this stuff... not for musical value, but just to muck around with and have fun, but if this is wasteing time and bandwidth, or is just to pedestrian and elementry to put up with, please let me know..... it's ok. I'm not very thin skinned and won't take offense if this isn't what people want to see here. I'll just take my cookies and milk and go sulk in the corner........... LMAO!!!
