thanks, peter. option two is precisely what i'm doing right now: i
have an old blacet 15 v supply and i built a little board with a
couple 7812 vr's and run those rails to the doepfer/Asys stuff. but
the blacet ps is choking and i was hoping to use the serge to power
the system, but, of course, the blacet won't work that way. i think i
might rewire things to use the big serge to run the doepfer/etc, and
allow the blacet to corner their own supply. that would work.
