dear john
just a short addenda . i dont know if it needs saying , but the
random source also lets you use random/probabalistic etc. voltages
from audio , and infact any control waveshape , not just noise as
most commonly used . there was a post a week or so ago about using
this module to get a sorta bit decimation/sample rate reduction a la
digital gear from audio with the possibilities of modulation/voltage
control .the random source also has an internal v.c. clock , enabling
easy feedback from the sampled voltage level to it's own clock
enabling much fun with deciding exactly how the random flurrys of
voltages be generated .unless it's been updated , it only allows
positive v.c. from an external modulator , without a processor
allowing offset/inversion like the oh-so under rated scaling buffer
or various "processor" modules
