The Red & Blue Fun each have their own voice panels. The Animal is a
sort of all-in-one
monosynth type panel meant to stand alone.
Of course, there's nothing stopping you from ordering an Animal with a
Blue Control, a TKB or whatever suits your fancy. The Funstations are
suggested configurations, is all.
As far as annoying answering machines, etc please keep in mind that
*all* the modular folks are cottage operations. You won't ever deal
with the 'press-one, press-two' phone bank mentality of a big business.
Patience can be key.
