Hi,
The way I have done this in the past is to take the output of one row
(row D) and run it into an AND gate along with the clock signal. Turn
the knobs of the trigger row below midway and there will be no gate for
that step. Turning it above midway will cause a gate. No need to 'or'
trigger outputs. Hope that helps.
