I once again find myself agreeing with the illustrious John P...
The hand labor to change the panel of a current tkb would be huge. Now, add
to that the cost of making the changes to your to match current specs,
upgrading components, testing, etc. and I suspect that you are probably real
close to a new one.
Plus, one of those anodized panels is far more expensive to get produced
than you might think. I looked into having some done for some of my SDIY
modules and Modcan conversions and I was floored by how expensive it was.
