AFAIK, Serge supplies are just commercial Power One or Condor
linear power supplied in a box. Take a look inside your PS4
and check the make and model, then look on the appropriate
manufacturers website.

http://www.power-one.com/resources/products/datasheet/lin.pdf

http://www.condorpower.com/public/condor/pdfs/InternationalPlus.pdf

(They are remarkably similar.)

See:

http://www.condorpower.com/public/condor/pdfs/An109.pdf

for how to wire up a Condor for various voltages.

Power one supplies often have the transformer connections
screen printed onto the chassis.

WARNING : If you're not sure what you're doing, either
find someone who does or just go for a transformer.
Your call. Dead men don't play Serge!

Check your power supply model and see if the
appropriate manufacturers datasheet helps. Or
check the mains fuse rating of your PS4.

Does that help?
