The SSG is, in fact, the core of the [RS] Random Generator, with all the cellular automata out there for looping, feedback and cross patching. It also goes well into audio range for "crunchy rocks to gravel thru coarse sand particulations" (thanks, Rex!) as well as Smooth and Stepped arbitrary and random CV generation.
I use the SSG throughout my own experiments and sonic (mis-)adventures, which you can listen to here. It's one of my favorite things!

Hi Joe here. This whole thing is quite amazing as far as getting into a Serge for a better price...So I hate to bring up a complaint BUT I don't see any random modules or the added noise on the smooth and steeped gen...Do you guys think it will be a added upgrade? Thanks in advance...
Joe
