You'll get a signed contract from Rex describing the system and laying out both STS's and your obligations. Your cancelled check or Cashiers Check stub are your recipt. If you need something else, ask Rex, I'm sure he'll be able to do something.

I don't remember off the top of my head but its on the contract. 1 year? I'll have to check.
