Maybe you already tried this - Can you create another account for
yourself and join the group? Can you get moderator rights transfered
to the new account? Or for that matter, can you transfer those to
someone else now and then have then transfered back?
Would be a pity for you to abandon the group. If it looks like an
impossible task ping me offline and I'll see what I can do going
though a different chain of command.
