Hi Steve,

I asked the same question recently on another list I’m on, and got a great recommendation that I followed and would also recommend. The cases are made by a company called EWI (Chinese, I believe), and are carried in the States by Audiopile:

I bought the R12UE-10 (12U in height, 10” rackable depth), but they have many other configurations. There are a couple pics of mine in the SMOG Photo section:

Here are a couple pics from the guy who recommended the cases to me:

Additionally, the lids are deep enough that I can put them on with my Creature fully patched up – even with stacked banana cables.

The R12UE-10 would hold three M-Boats (or your three panels). The 10” rack depth is perfect for synth stuff and is deep enough that it looks like stacking another on top would still be pretty sturdy. I find the build quality to be really excellent, especially considering the price (I paid $144 including UPS Ground shipping).

The only downside at the moment is it looks like the R12UE-10 is back ordered at Audiopile until April! That sucks, but if you’re not in a big hurry it might be worth it for you to wait. You might also call them – when I last asked about something that was backordered, they actually had the part in stock but hadn’t updated their website.

Hope that helps!
ty
