For less than $200 you need to go with a used oscilloscope - try ebay.
Tektronix scopes are best, Hewlett Packard, Philips and Hitachi are good as
well. I've also heard Hameg get some good comments from Europeans. Model
numbers are too numerous to mention. Try looking for something fairly
compact, with 2 channels, 20 MHz or better. Look for someone offerring a 90
day warrantee, otherwise you might need a scope to fix it!
