Anyone home at STS?

Hi,
I have been trying to get a catalog from STS for two months now. I have left 2 messages to the %^#^%$# answering machine and nothing happened. If Rex is that much busy why doesn't he hire some people as he used to do in the past? When charging 500+ for a NTO module it seems to me that he's making quite some money and only fair to spend some of it to actually making things a little bit faster.
This is getting a bit annoying. I really want to buy some panels and don't mind to wait. But as it turns out, even after I get the modules (If I ever do), we are left with an answering machine.
Is this the nice person you all have been talking about? I have noticed other people as well being annoyed by Rex's attitude. And as for me, I am starting to change my mind as well and hope that Moog or Pearlman start building modulars again.
