you should treat a panel with two power connectors as two panels for purposes of determining the correct PS. i think all panels with more than one osc are supplied with two connectors for stability reasons.

It must be based on the panel. I had two panels originally. One of which had two braids but I was able to run all three braids on a PS2 no problem. So, apparently, it depends on the modules and the why fors of the second braid.
